There is only so much you can figure out for yourself by reading a book, attending meetings or gatherings of like-minded people or purchasing yet another “business in a box”. Often we can’t see in ourselves what others clearly can, including what are our strengths, weaknesses, plus what’s working, and what’s not and why.
For many years while having my focus on property it was necessary to broaden my knowledge into other areas of business that were completely alien to me beforehand. I sought out the best and most accessible mentors that have not only transformed my world, but have become friends along the way. Here are just 3 of those people that shared my journey to make all things possible. |

It’s amazing to discover just how much the law of reciprocity works. The more you give the more it comes back! When there was next to no one in the United Kingdom that knew or understood that cash flow systems that didn’t require a bank mortgage I had to spend an enormous amount of time helping others come to grips with these new strategies.
A system or a product that can help so many is of absolutely no use to anyone if no one knows about it! Take a look below at the people that I have seen grow personally and financially as a result of offering my time and efforts so that it was more than just Rick Otton and David Lee who could benefit from our years of trial and error. Some of them you may recognise as being today’s experts in their field. Just like my mentors helped me, it was my duty to pass it forward as well. |

Finally, in the case of helping sellers off the property ladder and buyers to get on, especially when the banking system is failing everybody, you also need proof that what you offer helps those people as well. In fact, because we live in such a sceptical world of “too good to be true” I even recorded all the customer success stories from start to finish!
What you see below is an extract from that collection using the various strategies that both Rick Otton and I worked on and I went out and implemented in Kent over the last few years. Remember, this was done long before anyone else had the remotest interest in these sorts of cash flow systems! Most property experts and investors followed the ‘Below Market Value’ strategy that was highly bank and capital growth dependent, and were left high and dry when the bank system failed them from March 2008. |
